The Mosquito Creek Friends of N.R.A. banquet will be held Saturday, March 11, 2006, at St. Mary’s Social Hall in Frenchville. This is a good opportunity to get the word out – mark your calendars.

From our first two banquets $13,000 has been realized for safety training, shooting or hunting related programs for our youth or women. It is mandated that all money be used for this purpose.

The club received a grant for $2,100 for our annual Youth Field Day. In addition, the club has received six rifles for being a sponsor.

Attendance has been below expectations but hopefully that will improve. We need more participation from the club members. THANKS to all committee members, attendees, sponsors and advertisers, but we need help from all sportsmen, gun owners, all outdoorsmen and especially NRA members.
